Due to recent U.S. tariff regulations, packages shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by U.S. Customs or the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS).
Please note:
-These fees are not charged or collected by Trulyworn.
-They are determined by U.S. Customs and the carrier, based on the value and type of items in your order.
We understand that unexpected fees can be frustrating, but this is standard for international shipments and beyond our control.

Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery Estimates
After the processing period, estimated delivery times are as follows:
United States
-Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Canada
-Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
-Express (GTA only): 1–3 business days
International (UPS Estimates)
-UPS Standard: ~7 business days
-UPS Express (U.S.): 1–3 business days
-UPS Express (Other Countries): 3–5 business days
These are estimated delivery times only. Actual delivery may vary based on the carrier, customs procedures, and local postal services.
Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)
-International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your destination country.
-These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
-For U.S. deliveries: Orders shipped from outside the U.S. may incur duties or taxes under current tariff rules.
Carriers (such as UPS) will contact you directly regarding any fees required to release and deliver your package.
-You may be able to self-clear your shipment with the carrier to manage fees directly—please contact UPS or your local carrier for assistance.
Because customs procedures vary widely between countries, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
